One Person Company (OPC)

The checklist for incorporation of an OPC are as follows:

1. For Name Approval

The following documents are required for approval of name, only if required
– Proposed UNIQUE name (at least 3 names)

– NOC of Trademark Owner, if any
– Board resolution from the Holding Company in case of incorporation of Subsidiary Company (Holding means a parent company with more than 51% of shares in the new (child) company)
– Detailed Objects of the Company (Note on Proposed business of the company)

2. For DSC Application (For both the Director and Nominee)

– Copy of Self-attested PAN
– Copy of Self-attested Address Proof (Aadhar Card)
– Photo of the Applicant
– Valid E-mail ID of the Applicant
– Aadhar linked mobile number.

3. For DIN (Director Identification Number) Application and Nominee appointment

The following documents/details are required for DIN requirement under Spice FOR BOTH Director and Nominee
– Self-attested ID proof apart from PAN (Voter id card/DL/Passport)
– Occupation
– Education Qualification
– Place of Birth
– Duration of stay at the current address
–Mobile number, email id
– Name should be unique and distinct from existing companies and trademark
– Self-attested PAN of the applicant
– Self-attested copy of Residential proof (Bank Statement not older than 15 days)

5. For Company Incorporation

– ID proof and Address Proof of the Promoters/Subscribers/Shareholders (PAN, Aadhar Card, Passport)

–  ID proof and Address Proof of the Nominee (PAN, Aadhar Card, Passport)
– Authorized Capital and the proposed Paid up capital
– Detailed Objects of the Company
– Utility bill for registered office of the Company (Not older than a month)
– Proof of ownership along with NOC of the owner
– Mobile No. and Email id of Director and Nominee
– Provide DIN if proposed Directors already have one

Special Note:

– The address proof of the applicant or registered office need not be older than 1 month.
– All documents annexed should be clear and legible.
– ID and Address Proof {Bank Statement – preferrably from Net banking}
not older than 15 days – of Directors & Shareholders – duly self attested
– Passport size photo of Director and Nominee
