    1. Name of the entity

    2. PAN of proprietor

    3. Aadhar of proprietor

    4. Passport size photo

    5. Mail id to be registered with the department (preferably the one that is or gonna be associated with the business)

    6. Mobile number (preferably the one that is or gonna be associated with the business)

    7. For the Address

    a) If rented premises

    EB copy – even consumer number or latest bill will do (yes it will be in landlord name)

    Property tax – recent receipt

    Rental agreement – No worries if they do not have one. We can always prepare one for them (At no additional cost)

    b) If own premises

    Sale deed copy

    EB copy – even consumer number or latest bill will do

    Property tax – recent receipt 

    If own premises but in relative’s name? – Same process as rented premises – where we will prepare a rental agreement as necessary.
