Documents needed

Documents required for GST Registration:

  1. Name of the entity
  2. Certificate of Incorportion / Deed of Incorporation
  3. PAN of the entity
  4. email id and Mobile no. for registration
  5. Self attested copy of PAN and Aadhar of every Director / Partner
  6. Passport size photo of all Director / Partner
  7. email id of all director / partner
  8. Mobile number of all director / partner (Aadhar linked is preferred for authentication)
  9. For the Address

    a) If rented premises

    EB copy – even consumer number or latest bill will do (yes it will be in landlord name)

    Property tax – recent receipt

    Rental agreement – No worries if you do not have one. We can always prepare one 

    b) If own premises

    Sale deed copy

    EB copy – even consumer number or latest bill will do

    Property tax – recent receipt

    If own premises but in relative’s name? – Same process as rented premises – where we will prepare a rental agreement as necessary.
